1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the gg108 platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that:

1. You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity).
2. You are at least 21 years of age. gg108 strictly prohibits participation by individuals under 21. This threshold is higher than the Indonesian civil majority age of 17 in recognition of the particular risks associated with gambling activities.
3. You are a resident of Indonesia or are otherwise accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is permitted under applicable law. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of gg108 complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
4. You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
5. You are not a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or director of gg108 or any affiliated entity, or a close family member of such a person.
6. You have not previously been self-excluded from gg108 or had a gg108 account closed for misconduct.
7. You are not included on any government-issued list of prohibited gambling participants.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player may hold only one active account on gg108. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are detected, gg108 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets and bonuses, and withhold any balances pending investigation.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. gg108 will rely on the information you provide in all dealings with your account. Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. gg108 will never request your password by any means, including email, live chat, or telephone. You agree to notify gg108 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization. gg108 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

3.4 Account Usage

Your gg108 account is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or otherwise make your account available to any other person. Any attempt to do so will result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

gg108 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) program to verify the identity and age of all players. KYC verification may be requested at any of the following stages:

• Upon registration or shortly thereafter;
• Prior to the processing of any withdrawal request;
• When the cumulative value of deposits or withdrawals exceeds certain thresholds;

To complete KYC verification, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

5. Deposits

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

gg108 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels, all processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp):

• Local Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via e-wallet are typically credited to your gg108 account balance within seconds of a confirmed transfer. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon confirmation of receipt. gg108 does not charge any fee for standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are your responsibility.

5.3 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed and will be returned to the originating account.

5.4 Deposit Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that funds you deposit on gg108 are legally obtained and are your own. gg108 is not responsible for losses arising from deposits made in error. If you believe a deposit has been made in error, contact our support team immediately via live chat.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Processing Time

gg108 targets a withdrawal processing time of 5–15 minutes for standard verified requests. Processing times may be longer in the event of KYC review requirements, system maintenance, or withdrawal requests submitted during peak periods. All withdrawal requests are subject to internal verification before funds are released.

6.2 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the gg108 account. gg108 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where practicable.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed within the cashier section of your account dashboard and may vary by payment method and account verification status.

6.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified;

• gg108 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations;

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

gg108 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the offer is made, in addition to these general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn as real funds. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in the terms of each individual promotion. Bets placed using Bonus Funds only contribute to wagering requirements if placed on qualifying products as specified in the relevant promotion terms.

7.3 Bonus Eligibility

gg108 reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Bonuses are intended for recreational players and are not available to players who, in gg108's assessment, are exploiting promotional mechanics systematically. Players found to be engaged in bonus abuse — including placing opposing bets, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or any other manipulation — will have their bonuses voided and accounts suspended.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds that are not used within the period specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire and be removed from the account balance automatically. gg108 does not restore expired bonuses under any circumstances.

7.5 Cashback and Reload Bonuses

Cashback promotions are calculated on net losses over the specified promotional period and credited as Bonus Funds subject to the stated wagering requirement. Reload bonuses are available to returning depositing players and are subject to the same general bonus terms described in this clause.

8. Betting Rules

8.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on gg108 are subject to the platform's sportsbook and game rules, which are published within the relevant product sections of the platform. gg108 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns, system errors, or where the relevant event has already commenced at the time of bet placement.

8.3 Odds and Market Changes

The odds applicable to a bet are those displayed at the exact moment the bet is confirmed and accepted by the system. gg108 operates on a "bet at your own risk" basis — odds fluctuations after bet confirmation do not entitle players to adjustment or cancellation.

8.4 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned to the player's account balance in the following circumstances: the relevant event is abandoned or postponed beyond the window specified in the applicable sport rules; a system or pricing error is identified that materially affected the odds offered; or the bet was placed in contravention of these Terms.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gg108 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Multi-Accounting: Creating or using more than one gg108 account, whether in your own name or in the name of a third party;
• Fraudulent Deposits: Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to make deposits;
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus mechanics, including through coordinated or matched betting designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine play;
• Use of Automated Software: Employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to place bets or interact with the platform without human direction;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or card game formats;
• Money Laundering: Using gg108 for any purpose related to the concealment, conversion, or transfer of funds derived from illegal activity. gg108 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities;
• Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your age, jurisdiction, or circumstances in any way;
• Unauthorized Commercial Activity: Reselling, sub-licensing, or otherwise commercializing access to the gg108 platform or any content therein without express written authorization.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the gg108 platform — including but not limited to the gg108 brand name and logo, website design and layout, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and audio-visual elements — is the proprietary intellectual property of gg108 or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the gg108 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any platform content without prior written authorization;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from platform content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any platform software;
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice from any platform content.

Any use of gg108's intellectual property outside the scope of this limited license is strictly prohibited and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property law.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 Platform Availability

gg108 endeavors to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to its services. Scheduled and emergency maintenance, third-party network issues, and force majeure events may result in temporary service unavailability. gg108 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of service interruptions beyond its reasonable control.

11.2 Betting Losses

gg108 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through betting or gaming activities on the platform. By using the platform, you acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. You are solely responsible for your own betting decisions and their financial consequences.

11.3 Exclusion of Consequential Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gg108 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, even if gg108 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.4 Cap on Liability

Where gg108's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, gg108's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made to your account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

gg108 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy details the types of data collected, the purposes for which it is processed, the security measures applied, your rights as a data subject, and how to exercise those rights.

gg108 implements 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform sessions — including registration, login, deposit, game play, and withdrawal — to protect your personal and financial data in transit. Internal access to player data is restricted on a strict need-to-know basis. gg108 does not sell personal data to third parties.

13. Account Termination

13.1 Termination by gg108

gg108 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice in the event of:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Engagement in any prohibited activity as set out in Clause 9;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time;
• Provision of false or misleading registration information;
• Any suspected fraudulent, illegal, or improper use of the platform;
• A legal, regulatory, or compliance obligation requiring gg108 to do so.

Upon termination for cause, gg108 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the player via the registered payment method.

13.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your gg108 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with these Terms. Bonus Funds remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited. 14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
